More cheap mobile broadband from 3

The nice people at 3 have been adjusting their mobile broadband prices again, in a consumer friendly direction.

In what is becoming an increasingly saturated and competitive market, 3 is definitely leading the pack when it comes to  offering mobile broadband customers great deal.It wasn't that long ago that 3 was launching what it referred to as 'the most flexible and affordable' mobile broadband deal in Britain, with its  'Broadband 5GB 1 Month'  package - which is a very keenly priced one month rolling contract ideal for people who don't want to commit to a long contract.

And back in April, in a departure from other providers' policies, the company announced that it will support Skype calls on its mobile broadband network free of any data charges or airtime payments.

And now they're at it again, reducing another handful of their range of mobile broadband offerings. For those looking for a pay-as-you-go contract that dongle is down from £29.99 to £19.99. If it's a short contract you're after, then the one-month-contract dongle is down from £19.99 to £9.99; and also the 3GB Ready-to-go package is down from £49.99 to £39.99. And in addition to these great deals, if you're already a 3 customer you can take advantage of 25 per cent off mobile broadband.

With the recession hitting spending across the country, it's nice to see providers regularly coming through with credit-crunch-beating deals.
