Smartphone review: The Apple iPhone 4S
When it comes to Apple smartphones, I've hardly been the biggest advocate. While I like my iPod, the phones just haven't caught my eye. So when we got the Apple iPhone 4S sent through to us from Three, I was hardly excited by the prospect of reviewing it. And it's not just an Apple phones thing; what you want is a handset you can use as you would normally to really put it...

Smartphone review: The Samsung Galaxy Fit
When it comes to Android smartphones, no one churns them out at quite the same rate as Samsung. Blink and you've missed a few, it seems, with 2011 seeing on less than 1,567 different models coming off of the production line (Ok, maybe not quite that many). We've already looked at some fantastic budget Samsung smartphone bargains this year, with particular credit going to the Samsung...

Smartphone review: The Samsung Galaxy SII
In this kind of business, one of the most common questions you get asked is, "but which one is the best?" Whether it's smartphones or broadband deals, internet providers or dongles, the all singing, all dancing Holy Grail is what the consumer wants. And why shouldn't they? Of course, in the vast majority of cases, there simply isn't such a thing. Whether it's shape or...

Smartphone review: The Samsung Galaxy Mini
Price is certainly something that has kept a certain percentage of the population away from smartphones. Sure, they can do everything, but do you need to do all those things - and do you want to pay a premium to be able to do them? In a similar way this has been a barrier to prepay customers - if you're on a pay-as-you-go mobile deal, you don't want to shell out a lot on a new handset. ...

Smartphone review: The Acer Liquid Mini
At the start of 2010, you couldn't move for brand spanking new Android smartphones eager to take a swish at Apple's false yet ridiculously media hyped handset crown. But those hero handsets have moved on, to be replaced by their less glamorous yet far better value for money cousins. It's a tricky market. Not only are you dealing with the old hero handsets coming down in price...

i want to download wifi in my Nokia C5 please give me the link
-
I bought this phone almost a year ago, i had the choice of a HTC or Nokia C3, I decided to choose the Nokia c3 as i was into the whole QWERTY keyboard trend. At first i thought the mobile was really good, it had internet which was good and fast, facebook, twitter, MSN, Talk and other messaging services. However, after a few months i started getting bored with it, some apps on my mobile wouldn't work and it couldn't store apps which were only for touch screen mobiles. Then, i started wishing that i got the HTC. The mobile is still fast and has a good connection quality but customer service isn't great! So, my advice to anyone who wants to get it, if you want alot of memory on a mobile, this is the phone for you, however if you want apps, perhaps another phone would be appropriate.

I'm not a touch screen fan, having tried an iphone, as I've got large fingers, However the screen on this is great and I can type perfectly well. In landscape mode the keyboard can just about be operated two handed.
The OS is very fast and the only lag I've encountered is when it opens the picture/video gallery.
I've had it hang a couple of times but I had that on my Nokia E71 that this replaced. The nokias screen was just too small for the web and the navigation apps I used.
Battery life is fine once you get over the initial "got to try everything" phase but make sure you have plenty of chargers available. i.e. Home, Car, Work.
I've got mine on 3 and the signal strength seems much better than O2 so far.
In summary a great phone that does everything my Nokia used to but faster and easier. -
Fast and fun but beware of the battery ! Does not last long and thats a fact. Download an app for killing live apps and this will then help. Dont go on the 3 Network though as these two dont mix and you dont hardly get a signal
