The HTC Hero is a sleek Android-driven smartphone which takes the guts of the HTC Magic and put them into a better package (while adding a 3.5mm jack too).
You can connect via 3G/HSPA and Wi-Fi, while GPS and Bluetooth are supported too. It has a lovely 3.2-inch screen, with just a few buttons and a trackball beneath, while HTC's Sense interface is there to make the whole touchscreen experience a breeze.
For snappers there's a five-megapixel camera with autofocus, while all the main musical formats are covered and microSD cards supported. It's not great for video, but otherwise it's a great little handset.
