1. We really love comments

We get geniunely excited when people take the time to comment, question, argue and rant on Broadband Genie. We put a huge amount of time and effort in publishing our data and content, and it’s great to know that people care.

2. We have a few rules

We want to keep Broadband Genie a nice place. The best comments are relevant, factual and balanced. If you're reviewing a provider think about all aspects of the package, such as speed, connection quality and customer service.

Please do not:

  • spam
  • be abusive
  • type your whole comment in capital letters
  • say anything downright libellous
We reserve the right to pass your details to law enforcement agencies if required to do so by applicable law, or in cases of possible criminal prosecution.

3. Some comments are moderated

If you've never posted a comment on our site before there will be a delay before it appears as it will need to be manually approved. If you've posted before, your comment will appear right away, however it may be removed if it does not meet the rules above.

4. We operate an abuse/complaints procedure

The opinions expressed in comments are not the opinions of Broadband Genie and we assume absolutely no responsibility for such content. If you find a comment that you find offensive or breaks our rules, please use the “report abuse” functionality next to the comment or email [email protected] and we’ll take a look.

If you believe that your comment has been removed or marked as spam in error, please email us at [email protected].

5. The last legal bit

The poster retains the copyright to their own reviews/comments, but by posting them here you are giving Broadband Genie an unlimited licence to use them across the website.
