How to contact italk customer services and technical support

Feeling stuck or frustrated with your italk broadband? There are a few different ways you can reach out to get help. Live Chat is available through its website. Alternatively, you can get in touch via telephone, email, request a callback, or send a letter.

How to contact italk broadband support and customer service

italk customer service contact number

For existing or new customers, italk’s customer support team can be contacted by calling 0330 1917 461. Unfortunately, italk doesn’t clearly specify its call centre opening hours.

For that reason, you might be best off requesting a callback to your landline or mobile. To do this, you’ll need to fill in a ‘request a callback’ form.

italk broadband postal address

The italk customer service team currently asks if users could avoid sending mail as a method of contact for the immediate future. However, should you need it, its business address is:

Unit 1 Gordon Mews
Gordon Road

Portslade
BN41 1HU

Email may be a better way to get in contact if you wish to write. If you’re having issues with your broadband package, router or having questions about your fibre broadband activation, you can send a message to [email protected].

italk broadband live chat

The easiest way to get in touch with italk is through their live chat. You can access this through its website. Look out for the small green pop out box on the lower left-hand side.

How to check italk service status - is italk broadband down?

If it looks as if there’s a problem with your italk broadband service, there are a few things you can check before getting in touch with customer service.

First of all, check it’s not an issue with your equipment. Reboot your devices and then your Wi-Fi router. If your internet connection doesn’t come back online, the fault may be on your broadband provider’s side.

If you’re on social media, you could send a message to italk’s X / Twitter account. Carry out a search for ‘#italk’. You may find that any wider network issues are reported here.

If you’re regularly having issues with your broadband speed, you should get in touch with customer support.

Switching broadband is easy. All of italk’s broadband packages have a 24-month contract, but if that time’s over, you can switch for free. If you wish to switch to another provider on the Openreach network (this includes BT, Plusnet and TalkTalk), you’ll find your new provider will sort your switch for you. It couldn’t be simpler.
