You can call the Gigaclear Customer Care team on 01865 591 131. The call centre is open between 8am-8pm in the week. If you need to get in touch on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, you’ll need to use its Live Chat service.

If your Gigaclear broadband connection isn’t working, there are a few things you should try before getting in touch with customer support.
First, have a go at using a different device and restart your Wi-Fi router. If you’re still having problems and suffering from sluggish broadband speeds, then there may very well be a problem with the network.

How to complain about Gigaclear
Gigaclear has a clear complaints code of practice detailing the best way to get problems solved quickly. It promises to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and get started on finding a solution.
If you don’t feel like your issue is being dealt with in an acceptable way, you can escalate a complaint at any time to the Executive Office. You can reach this directly by emailing [email protected].

If you aren’t happy with any final resolutions, and it’s been over 8 weeks since you raised a complaint, you can get in touch with its Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme.
