Find your TalkTalk contract end date using ‘My account’
You can find when your contract ends by following these steps:
- Step 1: Go to talktalk.co.uk/login
- Step 2: Enter your email address and password, then click ‘Log in’
- Step 3: Click on ‘My package’
- Step 4: Find your TalkTalk contract end date under 'Package overview'.
Call TalkTalk to find your contract end date
If you would prefer to speak to a member of TalkTalk’s customer service team, they too should be able to provide you with this information.
Simply give them a call on 0345 1720088 (Mon to Fri: 9am to 7pm, Sat: 9am to 6pm, Sunday: closed).
They will ask you for a few security details (such as name, address, email and account number) but once you're through they should be able to tell you when your contract ends.
