Find your TalkTalk contract end date using ‘My account’
You can find when your contract ends by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to talktalk.co.uk/login
Step 2: Enter your email address and password, then click ‘Log in’
Step 3: Click on ‘My package’
Step 4: Find your TalkTalk contract end date under 'Package overview'.
Call TalkTalk to find your contract end date
If you would prefer to speak to a member of TalkTalk’s customer service team, they too should be able to provide you with this information. Simply give them a call on 0345 1720088 between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. They will ask you for a few security details (such as name, address, email and account number) but once you're through they should be able to tell you when your contract ends.
Find out when your contract ends online via live chat
If you’d like to speak to someone online, then TalkTalk also offers an online chat service. Simply head to community.talktalk.co.uk, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Chat now’ in the green box. TalkTalk live chat is operational between 8am and 10pm every day. Again, have your account details to hand, as the customer service representative will need them to find your contract end date.
