Is your TalkTalk contract coming to an end? You might be wondering if it's time to switch providers or stick with TalkTalk and get a new deal.

TalkTalk existing customer deals
TalkTalk deals for existing customers will typically give you the same package or an upgrade to a faster speed at the same monthly price as a new customer. However, you will probably not receive any rewards that are given to brand new TalkTalk members.

TalkTalk upgrade deals
If you decide you’d prefer to stay with TalkTalk, you might have the option of upgrading to a faster speed. By upgrading rather than switching, you may not need to pay any setup fees, and there will be minimal interruption to your broadband connection.
Upgrading to TalkTalk Fibre
If you currently have ADSL (TalkTalk Fast Broadband, with an average 11Mb speed) there is a good chance that you can upgrade to TalkTalk fibre optic, which can provide an average speed of 38Mb (TalkTalk Fibre 35) or 67Mb (TalkTalk Fibre 65). The cost difference is minimal; you might even find that switching to a faster fibre deal ends up saving money.

Upgrading to TalkTalk Ultrafast
In a few areas, TalkTalk can also offer ultrafast fibre packages with download speeds of 150Mb or 300Mb.
If you currently have TalkTalk Fibre 65 this will be the only way to improve speeds with TalkTalk.
However, coverage of TalkTalk Ultrafast services is very limited, so unfortunately, very few homes will have this option; contact TalkTalk to find out if it is available.
Getting TalkTalk TV as an existing customer
TalkTalk also offers broadband and TV bundles, but you don’t need to be a new customer to get this package. Existing TalkTalk broadband subscribers can add TalkTalk TV for a one-off fee of £25 and a monthly charge of £4.
The basic TV package includes a TalkTalk TV Freeview box, with recording and live pausing and rewinding. The box has integrated catch-up and streaming TV apps, so you can use it to watch free catch-up services like BBC iPlayer, and also connect it to Netflix and other subscription streaming services.
In addition to the 80+ Freeview channels, TalkTalk TV also offers the following NOW TV memberships at a discounted rate so you can add a selection of premium channels:

Can I upgrade my TalkTalk Broadband?
If you currently have TalkTalk Fast Broadband or TalkTalk Fibre 35 then you probably can upgrade. If you have TalkTalk Fibre 65 there may not be any upgrade available; TalkTalk Ultrafast is quicker, however, availability of this service is limited. Can I get TalkTalk in my area?

Can I get a new Wi-Fi router if I upgrade or renew?
A new router will be supplied for free if you are upgrading and it is required to use the faster broadband. If you renew your existing broadband and the current router still works then you will need to speak to TalkTalk to find out if they can supply a newer model. There might be a cost to get a new router, although it is worth asking for a free upgrade as part of the deal if you are in the process of negotiating a renewal.
