Find your Virgin Media contract end date online in "My Virgin Media"

"My Virgin Media" is your account portal on the Virgin Media web site, where you can view and manage various aspects of your Virgin account, including finding out the contract end date.

Step 1: Go to https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index and click on "Sign In" to get started.

Step 2: Enter your email address and password, and click "Sign In".

Step 3: Click on "View Contract" to see details of your contract, including the expiry date.

Call Virgin Media to find your contract end date

If you want to talk to someone about your contract, you can contact the Virgin Media customer service team. They should be able to provide you with all the details you need to know about your service. Call the team on 0800 276 1162, or 150 from a Virgin Phone. The Virgin Media team is available between 7:00am and 11:00pm Mondays to Fridays, or 8:00am to 8:00pm on weekends.
